Michael Justin Childers, 32, has been charged with 53 counts of felony secret peeping and nine counts of felony indecent liberties with a minor on warrants from the Taylorsville Police Department.

The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office has charged Childers with 55 counts of felony possession of secret peeping material and two counts of felony secret peeping.

The Sheriff’s Department says the arrest stems from an investigation that began in December 2020 at Wittenburg Elementary School.

The continued investigation into Childers revealed numerous peeping videos that were taken between 2016 and 2019 while Childers was an employee at a Taylorsville Walmart.

Phoenix Police arrested a suspect in connection with the recent death of a 74-year-old man. According to reports, authorities arrested 41-year-old Marcus Williams this week.

Earlier this month, Williams was accused of punching 74-year-old Juanito Falcon, who was on a morning walk. Williams immediately fled the scene.

Falcon fell and hit his head on the floor, which ultimately fractured his skull. He died from his injuries in the hospital two days later. Police said there was “no apparent reason” for the attack.

Meanwhile, hate crimes and attacks against Asian-Americans continue to rise across the nation. Falcon, a Filipino-American, was described as a loving father and grandfather.

Williams was charged with second-degree murder.

Tennessee teen being ‘held against her will’ by tech-wiz father since October 2019 kidnapping: officials

Daphne Westbrook has been missing since she never returned home from a weekend with her father in October 2019.

Nearly a year and a half later, the 17-year-old’s dad, John Oliver Westbrook, has been indicted and charged with aggravated kidnapping — but investigators have to find him and his daughter first, the Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office announced earlier this week.

“Daphne is being held against her will, unable to communicate with the outside world. Our investigation shows she is endangered both physically and mentally,” the office said Tuesday.

Investigators believe Daphne is either in Colorado — where she and her father have been seen or spent time in the Denver and Pueblo areas in recent weeks — or New Mexico, where Daphne’s Bible was discovered outside a Trader Joe’s.

The office said “investigative leads” have shown John Oliver “is frequently shopping in Santa Fe stores.”

Illinois Teachers Shamed For Color Of Their Skin In Taxpayer-Sponsored ‘Antiracist’ Training

On Feb. 26, Naperville 203 Community Unit School District hosted a systemic racism training for faculty and staff, bringing in “antiracist” coach Dena Simmons for a keynote speech.

The Countywide Equity Institute featured 10 speakers lecturing on “equity and inclusion” practices for “marginalized and/or underrepresented” students, as well as implicit bias and microaggressions.

A whistleblower who reached out to The Federalist, a teacher at Naperville Central High School, claims Simmons told attendees that “our education is based on a foundation of whiteness” and that Americans “are spiritually murdering” students.

Simmons also reportedly said that if you are not an “antiracist” you are a racist, even if you believe “you are treating people with respect.”

Simmons has delivered two TEDx talks on institutional racism.

In one speech to educators that has more than 230,000 views on YouTube, the Yale University graduate said “white supremacy” is the outcome in all schools that do not embrace “racial justice” and “antiracism” training for students.

Cleveland State Professor Is Indoctrinating The Next Generation Of Educators With Critical Race Theory

Two education majors at Cleveland State University did not realize when they signed up for a class titled “The Social Context of Urban Education” that they would be lectured on white privilege, implied racism, and forced to learn critical race theory from a Robin DiAngelo textbook.

DiAngelo, the famous “antiracist” educator who was exposed as providing Coca-Cola’s now-deleted “try to be less white” training to employees, has become one of the leaders in the insane movement.

“Every week it’s something different, and our textbook has nothing to do with my major, middle childhood education,” said the whistleblower, a sophomore from Lake County, who first contacted The Federalist.

“Last week, we had this presentation from people who hold positions at CSU about the likewise relation between the riots in the 1960s to the riots that took place in Cleveland in 2020. …

All the assignments have nothing to do with being a teacher. It all has to do with how I have white guilt apparently. We also had to give a presentation in class on how our positionality and intersectionality interact with us in society.”

Department Of Education Attacks White Infants

Arizona’s Department of Education is offering parents an “equity” kit to help them lower their 3-month-old’s racism.

Journalist Christopher Rufo went public with the facts about this “equity” kit within the organization that says babies can show hints of racism in just three months and should be lectured to about race even before they can talk.

“Being silence about race helps racism by allowing children to draw their own conclusions,” the program says, outlining a graphic with the title, “They are not too young to talk about race!”

As stressed by Rufo, the Department of Education says parents should read a HuffPost article named, “How White Parents Can Discuss Race With Their Kids.”

In mid-February, the university opened the Stanford Center on China’s Economy and Institutions.

The center is run by the Freeman Spogli Institute, a foreign policy organization that is connected to the Chinese government.

The Freeman Spogli Institute has a history of coopering with China, though it refuses to disclose whether it has taken money from the Chinese government.

According to a report by The Washington Free Beacon, the Freeman Spogli Institute has ties to Peking University in Beijing which is run by a former Chinese spy named Qiu Shuiping.

A report from the Australian Strategic Policy Institute designated Peking University as a “high risk” organization for its involvement in Chinese defense research and links to state-owned nuclear weapons programs.

Officials Recover 150 Missing Children During Operation in Tennessee: ‘We Can’t Give Up’

Planning for the effort, dubbed Operation Volunteer Strong, began in fall 2020, and launched on January 4, TBI said in a press release.

“After identifying 240 missing children statewide, TBI intelligence analysts compiled thorough information and potential leads on each, which designated law enforcement teams carefully pursued during two-week blitzes in each of Tennessee’s three grand regions,” the release stated.

According to Shelly Smitherman, TBI’s assistant special agent in charge, those found ranged from ages three to seventeen.

“In the Middle Tennessee region, which includes Nashville, the TBI reported 72 missing children were identified and 42 of them were recovered,” according to the WKRN, which added that officers identified one child as a potential human trafficking victim.

Arizona sheriff says Biden executive order left border ‘wide open’

“When President Biden rescinded the emergency order on the southwest border, it stopped resources and stopped construction on our border,” Sheriff Mark Dannels of Cochise County, Arizona, told “Fox & Friends” on Friday.

“As a result of that one area where the fence is not complete, we get five or six groups a day coming across there.”

Report: No chain-of-custody proof for 400,000 Georgia ballots

In Georgia, a state Joe Biden won by fewer than 12,000 votes, county election officials still have not complied with a law requiring them to provide documents certifying the chain of custody of more than 400,000 mail-in ballots.

The request for the drop-box transfer forms was made by The Georgia Star News under the Georgia Open Records Law. Last July, the Georgia State Election Board passed an emergency rule requiring election officials to maintain the transfer forms.

But officials for the state’s largest county, Fulton, and another major county, DeKalb, said they didn’t know if they had the documents and promised to reply later, Georgia Star News reported.

But four months after the Nov. 3 election, those counties and 33 others have failed to comply with the law.

Overall, no chain of custody has been provided for an estimated 404,691 of the estimated 600,000 votes by mail-in ballot deposited in drop boxes, delivered to county registrars and counted in Georgia’s 2020 presidential election, Star News said.

Joe Biden Lies About the Vaccine Distribution Program | Larry Elder

Commentary/Opinion:
The Biden administration claimed (with a straight face) they did not inherit a vaccination distribution plan from former President Trump.

Can you believe it? Of course, the “main-scream” media came to his aide and called it a “verbal stumble.”

Here is the problem, if this were a one-off, the stumble could be justified, but it is not.

President Biden built his career in politics for over thirty years now, and they keep spilling out of his mouth.

Come on, man! What happened to the fact-checkers?

8 Democrats defect on $15 minimum wage hike

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema indicated that she supports raising the wage, which last increased in 2009, because she understands “what it is like to face tough choices while working to meet your family's most basic needs.” But she said a standalone debate on the issue made more sense than putting it in a coronavirus relief package.

The Senate on Friday is set to squash a bid to tack a $15 minimum wage to President Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion coronavirus aid bill, with eight Democratic caucus members joining all 50 Republicans in rejecting the change.

That vote remained held open Friday afternoon at a tally of 42-58 while senators negotiated on other issues.

But it already showed that even though the Democratic caucus overwhelmingly supports the effort of gradually raising the wage floor to $15, raising the wage faces significant hurdles within the party.

Progressives were not pleased by the defeat on the Senate floor. Sanders vowed to keep pressing the matter.

Are asylum seekers tested for COVID? Bill O’Reilly explains Biden’s US border ‘PANDEMONIUM’

Commentary/Opinion:
Bill O’Reilly joins Glenn to explain the ‘pandemonium’ currently occurring at the southern border, thanks to President Biden’s loosened regulations for asylum-seekers.

He says there is a LOT going on at the border — like minimal COVID testing and families entering to reunite with their children — and, unsurprisingly, the mainstream media isn’t covering ANY of it.

Mississippi legislature passes ‘Fairness Act’ to ban trans athletes from women’s sports

The Mississippi state legislature has passed a bill that would require public high schools, colleges, and universities to prevent biological males from competing in women’s sports.

The “Mississippi Fairness Act,” passed by the state Senate in February and by the state House in early March, is now headed to the desk of Gov. Tate Reeves.

Reeves has announced via Twitter that he will sign the bill, adding, “It’s crazy we have to address it, but the Biden E.O. forced the issue. Adults? That’s on them. But the push for kids to adopt transgenderism is just wrong.”

The bill would also protect colleges by prohibiting government agencies, licensing agencies, and athletics organizations from “entertain[ing] a complaint, open[ing] an investigation, or tak[ing] any other adverse action” against a public college that maintains teams divided by one’s biological sex.

Alabama Senate Makes Hormone Therapy and Surgery For Trans Kids A Felony

The Alabama state senate voted 23-4 to make hormone therapy, puberty-blockers, or gender reassignment surgery for children a felony. The bill also requires teachers to alert parents if “a minor’s perception that his or her gender is inconsistent with his or her sex.”

People that commit a felony under the bill, which is called the Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection Act, could face a 10-year prison sentence and a $15,000 fine. The bill is now going to the Alabama house where it is expected to pass and become law.

If this bill becomes a law, Alabama will be the first state in the union to protect kids from the people trying to convince them to become trans. The bill’s sponsor, Shay Shelnutt, said:

Included in the package are $1,400 stimulus checks that currently could go to illegal aliens if not explicitly blocked. Cruz, in an amendment announced on Friday, is seeking to prevent illegal aliens from getting stimulus checks, which his office said would save American taxpayers nearly $8 billion.

“Not only does this COVID bill fail to address the real needs of the American people who are suffering, but it hands out billions in taxpayer dollars to illegal immigrants,” Cruz said in an exclusive statement to Breitbart News.

“Congress should come together to pass my amendment to stop this,” Cruz said.

“We need to stand for the American people, get our kids back to school, and reopen our small businesses.”

Daines tweeted a video of his review of some of the features of the measure, which passed the House Friday, referring to it as the “liberal wish list” of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (CA) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (NY):

“Here’s one that will get your blood pressure up,” said Daines, who heads the Senate Pro-Life Caucus. “$400 billion that has no protections to ensure we don’t have taxpayer dollars spent for abortions.”

He explained Democrats removed the language of the Hyde Amendment that has prohibited taxpayer funding of abortions in appropriation bills.

“$400 billion that could be used to fund abortions paid for by United States taxpayers,” the senator emphasized.

Mainstream media have tried to deny the attack’s connection to migrant violence, but the head police officer of Jonkoping Region, Malena Grann, said they are looking into the suspect’s ties to ethnic crime networks and terror-cells.

“We are investigating a possible terror motive,” he stated. “The motive is an important part of the investigation and that would influence a different crime classification and that is why the motive is very important, but at the moment the case is classified as attempted murder.”

Three victims faced life threatening wounds while two were seriously injured and three suffered light to moderate injuries. That’s according to the surgical care director of Jonkoping Regional Hospital.

U.S. condemns China’s Hong Kong moves, working to ‘galvanize’ action against abuses

Earlier on Friday, Beijing proposed legislation that would tighten its increasingly authoritarian grip on Hong Kong by making changes to the electoral committee that chooses the city’s leader, giving it new power to nominate legislative candidates.

The measure, set to be approved during a week-long session of China’s rubber-stamp parliament, would further marginalize a democratic opposition decimated after Beijing imposed national security legislation following anti-government protests that rocked Hong Kong in 2019.

The United States condemns China’s “continuing assault on democratic institutions in Hong Kong,” State Department spokesman Ned Price told a regular news briefing.

Price said Washington was working to rally allies and partners to speak with one voice in condemning China’s abuses against minority Muslims in Xinjiang and the “repression” taking place in Hong Kong.

YANGON, Myanmar (AP) — Demonstrators defied growing violence by Myanmar security forces and staged more anti-coup rallies Friday, while the U.N. special envoy for the country called for urgent Security Council action, saying about 50 peaceful protesters were killed and scores were injured in the military’s worst crackdowns this week.

In addition, YouTube removed five channels run by Myanmar’s military for violating its guidelines.

The escalation of violence has put pressure on the world community to act to restrain the junta, which seized power on Feb. 1 by ousting the elected government of Aung San Suu Kyi.

Large protests against military rule have occurred daily in many cities and towns. Security forces escalated their crackdown with greater use of lethal force and mass arrests.

Iranian Opposition Reveals Another Undeclared Nuclear Site in Iran

A report released by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on February 23 noted the presence of uranium particles at the site with no satisfactory explanation from Iran.

Ali Safavi, an NCRI foreign affairs committee member, told the media that the sanitized site was razed by the Revolutionary Guards but uranium traces were found, anyway.

The much-touted provisions of the nuclear deal that allowed for “snap inspections” of suspected nuclear sites never materialized.

Iraq successfully delayed inspections at the Abadeh site for more than a year and by then, all inspectors could find were a couple of stray uranium atoms.

China forcing anal swab COVID tests on many foreign travelers

China’s Global Times reported several Chinese cities, including Beijing, Shanghai and the port city of Qingdao, are requiring the invasive anal swab tests in a wide range of cases.

Global Times reported the test entails inserting a cotton swab from three to five centimeters long (about one to two inches) and rotating it for 10 seconds.

Chinese medical workers will also test travelers with the nose and throat swabs on the third and seventh day after arrival and use the anal swab test on the 14th and 21st day after arriving in Beijing.

The expanded use of the tests has sparked a backlash from foreign visitors. The Japanese Embassy in China complained that the anal swab tests have caused psychological pain to its officials and have asked China to reevaluate the practice.

Biden Abandons Middle East Peace

The Trump administration was on the verge of securing a peace agreement between Israel and Indonesia in its final weeks in office, according to a former senior Trump administration official involved in the efforts.

Indonesia was interested in Israeli technology and even wanted the Technion to open a campus in Jakarta. It wanted visa-free travel to Israel and Arab and US investment in its sovereign wealth fund.

Israel wanted Indonesia to end its economic boycott of the Jewish state. Direct flights from Tel Aviv to Bali were on the table.

The advantages of peace between Israel and Indonesia for both sides are self-evident. But such a peace would also pay a huge dividend to the US in its burgeoning cold war with China.

An expanded strategic and economic partnership with the archipelago and ASEAN member would be a setback for China’s efforts to dominate the South China Sea, particularly with Indonesia playing a role in an Islamic-Israeli alliance led by the US.

In his first sit-down interview with an American news outlet, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz said Friday that Israel has updated its target list and is preparing to strike Iranian nuclear sites if the world does not act to stop Iran’s nuclear development.

“If the world stops them before, it’s very much good,” Gantz said. “But if not, we must stand independently and we must defend ourselves by ourselves.”

Yingst tweeted a segment of their interview, in which Gantz said Israel has identified thousands of rocket sites targets along the Israeli border with Lebanon, including many that are in civilian areas.

‘Rescue’ NGO Allegedly Asked for 270,000 Euros to Ship Migrants to Italy

Idra Social Shipping stated that the money was agreed to recognise the costs incurred by the Mare Jonio during its mission in the Mediterranean.

Italian prosecutors, meanwhile, say that the NGO was looking to profit from picking up the migrants and released information that Beppe Caccia, a board member of the NGO, had been on the phone to a Danish number four times from September 8th to the 10th.

The case is not the first time Mediterranea Saving Humans has come under investigation from Italian authorities in recent years. In April of 2019, police interrogated co-founder Luca Casarini regarding allegations that the group helped facilitate illegal migration.

Other NGOs picking up migrants in the Mediterranean have also been accused of directly working with traffickers to get migrants to Europe.
