Supreme Court to consider election lawsuits in February
The Supreme Court on Friday listed several high-profile election lawsuits for consideration at its mid-February conference.
The cases include challenges to the 2020 election from Trump-aligned lawyers Lin Wood and Sidney Powell, as well as Republican Rep. Mike Kelly’s Pennsylvania lawsuit. Nearly every lawsuit takes issue with the expanded use of mail-in ballots by many states.
The decision came after the court declined to fast-track all election-related litigation in early January.
‘Serious breach’: Intruder entered aircraft at base housing Air Force One

A man has been arrested after he was able to make his way to the flight line at Joint Base Andrews and enter a military aircraft a day before President Biden was set to depart the base for Delaware, the Air Force said.
After gaining unauthorized access to the base, the man was able to enter a C-40 airline transport jet assigned to the 89th Airlift Wing, according to a statement.
A White House official said the man wasn’t found near the location of the Boeing 747 that Biden will use and will be called Air Force One when the president is on board. Any Air Force aircraft carrying a sitting president is automatically la
TOXIC ‘COVER-UP’ Lead & arsenic found in BABY FOOD as Walmart is slammed for ‘hiding’ levels of toxic heavy metals in products

In November 2019, the Oversight Subcommittee on Economic and Consumer Policy requested internal documents and test results from seven of the largest manufacturers of baby food in the US.
The companies included both makers of organic and conventional products such as Nurture – which sells Happy Family Organics – and Walmart – which sells baby food products through its private brand Parent’s Choice.
A congressional report published on Thursday said that four of the companies – Nurture, Beech-Nut, Hain, and Gerber – shared documents with the Subcommittee.
Walmart, Campbell, and Sprout Organic Foods, however, refused to cooperate with the investigation, raising concerns that their products may contain high levels of toxic heavy metals, the subcommittee said.

Wisconsin Chick-fil-A employee gifts car to colleague who was riding bike to work: ‘Not a second thought’

Winters are chilly in the Green Bay State, and Hokule’a Taniguchi’s bicycle was her only mode of transportation to the chicken chain, Fox 11 reports.
The 19-year-old had been peddling from her Neenah home to the Appleton restaurant — about a 7-mile bike ride each way.
The restaurant staff celebrated their Christmas party in January, where some epic prizes were raffled off, including a white Hyundai.
Wisconsin teachers suspended after asking students how they’d punish slaves

Several Wisconsin teachers have been suspended after having middle-schoolers determine punishments for slaves for an assignment given at the start of Black History Month.
The school eventually apologized to backlash from parents over the controversial coursework, which it has deemed a “gross error in judgment,” Newsweek reported.
The history lesson asked sixth-graders at Patrick Marsh Middle School how they’d penalize a slave who had “disrespected his master” by telling him, ‘You are not my master.'”
It aimed to illustrate the politics of ancient Mesopotamia by having the students apply an ancient law called Hammurabi’s Code to various situations, NBC 15 reported. The schoolwork said such a disobedient servant would be executed.
Parents were not pleased with the assignment.
TIME Mag: “Trump Was Right. There WAS A Conspiracy”… “Well-Funded Cabal, Powerful People Changing Laws, Steering Media And Controlling The Flow Of Information.”

The article even confirms both The National Pulse’s reporting on former Obama lawyer Ian Bassin, as well as Revolver.news’s assertion of the involvement of Norm Eisen in what amounted to a major admission of a globalist set up to leverage the coronavirus, mail-in voting, and corporate interest to oust President Trump from office.
In a 6500-word article, author Molly Ball lays out how it all happened:

During Pandemic, China Sent Millions of Counterfeit Masks, Test Kits to US: Customs Data

Among the products seized by U.S. customs officials were over 12.7 million counterfeit masks, 177,356 COVID-19 test kits prohibited by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and 38,098 FDA-prohibited chloroquine tablets.
The effectiveness of the anti-malarial drug hydroxychloroquine and its closely-related chloroquine in treating symptoms of COVID-19, which is caused by the CCP virus (commonly known as the novel coronavirus), is of much debate.
The FDA currently has a database listing fraudulent COVID-19 products, including test kits. The list contains company names and the names of their products.

Biden administration’s CBP revives ‘catch and release’ policy at border amid COVID concerns

A perfect storm of events has the Biden administration’s Customs and Border Protection on its heels in parts of Texas, forcing the agency to begin releasing newly arrived illegal immigrants back into U.S. cities as part of a policy known as “catch and release.”
It raises concerns the Biden administration’s softer, more welcoming approach will trigger a wave of migrants from Central America that could overwhelm the agency’s limited detention capacity.
The move has raised two concerns. Unlike those arriving at airports from abroad, illegal immigrants do not arrive with a negative COVID test and CBP does not test unless symptoms are obvious.
So even though officials know nothing about the migrants’ travel or medical history, they’re being dropped off at the nearest bus station and could be spreading the virus.
42 Senate Democrats Support Direct Payments to Illegal Immigrants in ‘Vote-a-Rama’

Sens. Todd Young (R-Ind.) and Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) later introduced an amendment that would prohibit illegal immigrants from receiving Economic Impact Payments, or direct payments from the government.
The amendment passed with support from eight Democrats.
But 42 went on the record indicating support for sending payments to people in the country illegally, including Senate Budget Chairman Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), and newly elected Sens. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) and Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.).

Arizona Senate Committee Passes Bill to Ban Abortions on Babies With Down Syndrome

Sponsored by state Sen. Nancy Barto, R-Phoenix, Senate Bill 1457 would make it a felony for an abortionist to abort an unborn baby because he or she was diagnosed with a genetic disorder.
Exceptions would be allowed if the mother’s life is at risk. Arizona already prohibits discriminatory abortions because of an unborn baby’s race or sex.
Capitol Media Services reports the bill passed the state Senate Judiciary Committee with Republicans voting in favor and Democrats against.
Testifying prior to the vote, Arizona mother Kristin Plamondon encouraged lawmakers to protect children like her son Carter who has Down syndrome.

The proponents of the recall effort hope to hit 2 million signatures by March 17th, but only 1.5 million are needed to trigger a mid-year election.
The recall campaign of the Democratic governors was launched by Orrin Heatlie, Chairman of The California Patriot Coalition, but other groups have joined the effort – including Republican Congressional hopeful Joe Collins, who launched a 28-day “Recall Road Trip” earlier this week.
Collins will visit 16 cities appealing to Californians frustrated with the Democratic governor’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. He will collect signatures.
