Tens of thousands have expressed interest in the Prayer March, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) told the Daily Caller News Foundation Wednesday.

“There are lots of loud voices these days,” Stephen Rhoads, vice president of church ministries for the BGEA, told DCNF. The group wants to “have a peaceful, holy moment of consecration and repentance to heal our land,” said Rhoads.

Stephen Rhoads told DCNF that interest in the Prayer March ranges as far as Puerto Rico. Christians plan to “organize their Prayer March locally” if they cannot attend Saturday’s event in D.C.

The Prayer March will consist of seven stops around the National Mall with each having its own “prayer focus,” according to the march’s website.

Together, they’ll head to the ISS and begin production on the first major movie ever shot in space. Although the movie doesn’t yet have a title or plot, it will mark Cruise’s most ambitious stunt in a decadeslong career of death-defying on-screen moves.

California’s Gavin Newsom Bans Gas-powered Vehicles, Effective 2035

Newsom said that his new executive order would “eliminate” the sales of “internal combustion engines” and move to electric vehicles — a move that he said would create jobs and allow California to “dominate” the market, and address climate change.

Those who currently own gas-powered vehicles would still be allowed to operate them and to sell them on the used market.

2035 happens to be the same year that former Vice President Joe Biden has set as a deadline for the U.S. to eliminate fossil fuels from electricity production, five years later than originally proposed by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortex (D-NY) in her “Green New Deal.” Ocasio-Cortez led the climate change panel on the “Biden-Sanders Unity Task Force” earlier this year.

Communist China Exploits Gaps in US Military—Rebeccah Heinrichs | American Thought Leaders

For years, the Chinese Communist Party has aggressively sought to modernize its military, with a focus on anti-satellite weapons, hypersonic missiles, and cyberspace.

“What China has been doing, really since the 90s, is invest heavily in the kinds of weapons systems specifically to target where the United States is weakest,” says nuclear deterrence and missile defense specialist Rebeccah Heinrichs.

The goal is to push the United States out of the Asia-Pacific region and eventually supplant America.

In this episode, we sit down with Heinrichs, a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute and adjunct professor at the Institute of World Politics, to discuss how the U.S. should tackle the national security threats posed by China and also by Russia.

Facebook Vowed to Stop Climate Change Misinformation – Then Suspended Greenpeace

Climate activists are furious that Facebook’s new misinformation algorithm backfired and banned all their friends.

Many of the accounts have now been restored, but a handful are still blocked, with no fuller explanation coming from Facebook.

Clearly Facebook needs to add special exceptions to their climate misinformation algorithm, to prevent their system from accidentally blocking climate activists.

EXPOSED: Facebook is ready for unrest after election, preparing to aggressively ‘restrict’ content

According to the Financial Times, “Facebook is preparing incase violence erupts after the November US election.”

They’re even meeting with military officials as part of their wargaming plan.

But, it gets scarier…the Financial Times writes that Nick Clegg, Facebook VP for Global Affairs and Communications, says the network is prepared to aggressively “restrict the circulation of content” it thinks might further inflame the situation.

So, who are they restricting? Foreign influences — like Russia — or domestic ones they deem dangerous, like Glenn Beck or BlazeTV?!

The Justice Department Unveils Proposed Section 230 Legislation on Behalf of the Administration

The legislation also executes President Trump’s directive from the Executive Order on Preventing Online Censorship.

“For too long Section 230 has provided a shield for online platforms to operate with impunity,” said Attorney General William P. Barr.

“Ensuring that the internet is a safe, but also vibrant, open and competitive environment is vitally important to America.

We therefore urge Congress to make these necessary reforms to Section 230 and begin to hold online platforms accountable both when they unlawfully censor speech and when they knowingly facilitate criminal activity online.”

Facebook failed to remove pages urging Kenosha violence before shootings, despite 400+ reports: lawsuit

“Facebook, where most of the conspiring took place, failed to act to prevent this harm to plaintiffs and other protestors,” the lawsuit states.

“Despite over 400 reports of the Kenosha Guard’s event page and its call to arms, as well as the violent rhetoric throughout, Facebook failed to remove the pages from its site until after several deaths, injuries and extensive harassment occurred.”

Approximately 66% of the Facebook events reported to website administrators that day were regarding the Kenosha Guard’s event page, the suit states.

The lawsuit describes how the defendants, through Facebook, made plans and pages, such as the “Call to Arms” created by Kenosha Guard on Aug. 24, which scheduled an event for the next day.

AOC calls on Cuomo, de Blasio to raise NY taxes: report

“I’m calling on Mayor de Blasio and Gov. Cuomo to raise revenue to fund universal child-care programs, significantly increase staffing at schools and fund the infrastructure improvements, including ventilation, that our school buildings need to be safe,” Ocasio-Cortez said in a statement obtained by The New York Post on Wednesday.

De Blasio has said he is not opposed to raising rates on the city’s wealthiest residents – though Cuomo has expressed resistance.

The three-term Democratic governor acknowledged many of the city’s wealthiest residents have left Manhattan during the pandemic.

A tax hike could mean some of these individuals will not return.

With the Sunshine State expected to once again play a crucial role in who win the presidency in 2020, which could mean another squeaker as far as the vote count, former New York Mayor Mike Bloomberg is running around the state paying off fines imposed on convicted felons so they can vote.

In Florida, you can be convicted of a felony and earn back your right to vote, but only after you’ve served your time and paid any fines associated with the crime.

So Mike Bloomberg, a Democrat who hates President Donald Trump, is literally raising millions to pay off felons’ fines so they can vote for Rapey Joe Biden.

According to news reports, he has already raised upwards of $20 million and has already paid off the fines for 32,000 convicted felons.
