12-year-old Pennsylvania boy dies after being beaten, starved, and locked in a waste-filled room for most of his life, police say
When detectives entered the room on May 26, here’s what they found, according to PennLive:
They said the boy was completely naked and his feces-covered body was sprawled across a bed that was covered in human waste, in a room that was caked with such waste that was so old it had turned moldy.
“Claw marks appeared in the child victim’s sheets,” they wrote. “Such marks made indentations on the stained feces.”
The smell of human waste permeated the second floor of the home, they said.
There were no lights in the boy’s room and the window shades were closed with duct tape so the child had no access to sunlight or even a view of the outside world … metal hooks kept the room locked from outside.
‘No police, no peace’ billboards pop up across the country in bid to support officers
Heritage Action for America announced on Monday that billboards went up in Atlanta, Dallas, and New York City.
The billboards — a call to action to support law enforcement officials — come amid a time of heightened police-community tensions in the country.
The six billboards — which call on citizens to sign the Heritage Action’s Police Pledge — will remain up for two weeks.
Anderson added that the billboards are meant to be especially impactful for the cities in which they were placed.
Trump cancels CDC ‘critical race theory’ training after leak
Rufo said Tuesday on Twitter, nevertheless, that there must be “consequences for the federal employees who brazenly violated a presidential order.”
“If there is no action from the CDC Director in the next 72 hours, I will begin releasing the names of those involved,” Rufo warned.
The CDC program planned to encourage employees to join an “Anti-Racism Collaborative with eight Collective Action Teams” focused on “communications,” making scientific publications “anti-racist” and influencing “policy and legislation.”
Three brothers accused of raping 10-year-old girl in Louisiana
Two of the suspects, identified as Raul Paz-Perez and Wilmer Paz-Perez, both 35, were arrested Saturday on a charge of first-degree rape involving a juvenile under the age of 13, Kenner police said.
A third brother, 31-year-old Elder Paz-Perez, is still being sought as of early Tuesday on the same charge, Lt. Michael Cunningham told The Post.
The three brothers were alone with the 10-year-old girl at a home in Kenner on Wednesday when they made sexual advances toward her, offering her money for sex acts, Cunningham said.
The young girl locked herself in a bedroom, but one of the brothers managed to bust inside, Cunningham said.
Officer Shot Outside Federal Courthouse in Phoenix
AZ Family reported that the incident occurred outside the Sandra Day O’Connor U.S. Courthouse, and notes that the officer’s “injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.”

In the arena of insane news that has unfortunately become all too normal these days… even this headline stands out:
IRS sends $1.6 billion dollars via the Paycheck Protection Program and Covid-19 relief money to dead people.
A study by Pew Research Center estimates that there are as many as 24 million ineligible or inaccurate voters on state voter polls… meanwhile, federal election data since 2012 indicates that over 28 million mail-in ballots were deemed undeliverable.
Bottomline: IF the US intends to rely on mail-in votes, someone needs to get a handle on the inaccurate data…FAST.
But, I have a better, easier suggestion…
Lancaster protesters held on whopping $1 million bail each after alleged riots
A Pennsylvania judge threw the book at several protesters — setting their bail at $1 million each — for allegedly rioting in wake of the police shooting of a knife-wielding Lancaster man.
Twelve adults — Jamal Shariff Newman, 24; Barry Jones, 30; Frank Gaston, 43; Yoshua Dwayne Montague, 23; Matthew Modderman, 31; Talia Gessner, 18; Kathryn Patterson, 20; Taylor Enterline, 20; T-Jay Fry, 28; Dylan Davis, 28; Lee Alexander Wise, 29; Jessica Marie Lopez, 32 — face a slew of felony and misdemeanor charges, including arson, riot, institutional vandalism and criminal conspiracy.
A 16-year-old boy was also busted on riot, disorderly conduct, possession of instruments of crime, possession of a small amount of marijuana, propulsion of missiles onto a roadway and institutional vandalism.
3 Black Lives Matter Militants Charged For Involvement in Confrontations at Pittsburgh Restaurants – Including Woman Who Stole Drink Off Table
Three Black Lives Matter militants are facing charges after their violent and aggressive confrontations at restaurants in Pittsburgh were caught on video a couple weeks ago.
Black Lives Matter terrorists screamed obscenities at elderly people dining outdoors in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania over Labor Day weekend.
Charges were filed against Shawn Green, AKA Lorenzo Rulli, as well as Kenneth McDowell and Monique Craft.
McDowell’s charges include possessing instruments of crime, disorderly conduct and harassment. Green’s include disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Craft’s include theft by unlawful taking and disorderly conduct, reported WPXI.
Columbia University Marching Band Votes to Dissolve Itself, Citing Accusations of “Assault, Theft, Racism”
The move comes after band members wrote to the organization’s board of directors arguing that the band’s “alleged traditions of misconduct” were ingrained in the band’s culture and calling on the board to disband the organization, according to Columbia’s student newspaper.
The band, founded over a century ago in 1904, said that it plans to release a “more thorough apology” as well as a roadmap for its dissolution in the coming days. “For many, the damage experienced at the hands of the CUMB may be irreparable, and the Band will not be asking for or expecting any forgiveness,” the statement said.
The Columbia administration stripped the band of university funding in 2017 after band members stormed the university library.
Prosecutor: Man charged with raping 12-year-old girl who later became pregnant in Winton Terrace
Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters detailed charges against 22-year-old Tevin Henderson, who faces decades in prison and a permanent spot on the sex offender registry for the repeated rape of a 12-year-old “family acquaintance” at a residence in Winton Terrace.
On a personal note, I’d like to say the following.
These types of cases are much too prevalent in our area and nationwide.
It makes me sick to my stomach. To prey upon a young girl sexually, impregnate her, and think nothing of it is disgusting and should be totally unacceptable to everyone who hears of these acts.

Pelosi to keep House in session until coronavirus deal reached as election quickly approaches
The House is traditionally out of town for much of late September and October as members scatter to their districts for the stretch run of their reelection campaigns.
If Pelosi keeps members in D.C. until a coronavirus relief package is passed it could harm vulnerable incumbents of both parties who could otherwise be meeting with constituents in their efforts to remain in office.
But House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., noted the deal would be negotiated at the leadership level so rank-and-file members would not necessarily need to stay in their offices every day.
There may be some breaking in the Democratic coalition, however, as pressure ratchets up on both sides of the aisle to do something as the election nears and the pandemic continues.

Republicans unveil new agenda if they win back House

Riots pushing voters to President Trump
Rasmussen Reports confirmed its newest survey results show “Three-out-of-four voters who’ve had violent anti-police protests in their community rate those protests important to their vote in the presidential election.
Among these voters, a sizable majority like the job President Trump is doing.”
Significantly, 63% of these voters Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing versus 35% who Strongly Disapprove,” the report said.

Palestinians fire rockets into Israel during White House ceremony, wounding two
Palestinian militants fired rockets from Gaza into Israel on Tuesday, the Israeli military said, at same time as Israel and two Gulf Arab states signed normalization agreements at the White House in Washington.
Warning sirens sounded in the coastal cities of Ashkelon and Ashdod as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump met the foreign ministers of United Arab Emirates and Bahrain at the White House.
An Israeli military spokesman said the Iron Dome anti-missile system intercepted one of two rockets fired from Gaza.
Trump declares ‘dawn of a new Middle East’ as he presides over signing of historic deals
“We’re here this afternoon to change the course of history. After decades of division and conflict we mark the dawn of a new Middle East,” he said at the ceremony in the South Lawn of the White House.
“Thanks to the great courage of the leaders of these three countries, we take a major stride toward a future in which people of all faiths and backgrounds live together in peace and prosperity,” he said.
Earlier in the Oval Office, Trump said “we’re very far down the road with about five additional countries.”
