“Throwing rocks, bricks and pieces of concrete at Pittsburgh Police officers and vehicles are not acts of protest – they are federal crimes. Jordan Coyne’s reckless, violent behavior endangered police officers and drowned out the protected speech of lawful protesters,” said U.S. Attorney Brady in a statement.

“Make no mistake: if you attack police officers or commit violent crime under the guise of a protest, you will be indicted federally.

We will not tolerate these unlawful acts in western Pennsylvania.”

Coyne was indicted on one count of obstructing law enforcement during civil disorder. He turned himself in Thursday and could serve up to 5 years in prison.

“I feel that I was arrested for going to school,” Stow told Fox News after being released from police custody.

Maverick Stow, 17, was suspended from school for five days after showing up for class Tuesday when he was supposed to be attending class virtually.

The next day, Stow showed up again, and police were called to the scene. They advised him not to come back, and he reportedly left without incident.

On Thursday, Stow showed up again, wearing a neon green shirt and with some local media attention, and was arrested for trespassing and taken to the 7th Precinct in Shirley.

Justice Department has charged 57 people with trying to steal $175 million in PPP funds

In a press conference on Thursday, the Justice Department announced it has now charged 57 people with Paycheck Protection Program-related fraud since May — in addition to other cases brought by U.S. attorneys around the country.

Rabbitt said some of the people facing charges are individuals who lied about business needs in order to access money to spend on themselves.

“These defendants used lies to obtain millions of dollars in PPP funds and then spent those funds not on their workers, but on things like luxury cars, homes, renovations, diamond jewelry, even adult entertainment and trips to Las Vegas,” said Rabbitt.

“While Ms. Blumenfeld was more qualified for the tenure-track position than the individual Oberlin hired, she failed to meet the identity-based qualifications that the defendants required, which included qualifications based upon race, skin color, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin and ancestry,” the lawsuit says.

Blumfeld’s position was terminated on June 30, 2020 but was not hired for the tenure-track position.

As the Journal reported, Blumenfeld filed a complaint with Oberlin’s director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Rebecca Mosely, requesting the matter be handled confidentially to avoid professional consequences.

Oberlin is no stranger to racial controversy or lawsuits. In 2019, the college was ordered to pay tens of millions of dollars to the owners of a small bakery after college officials helped students protest the establishment, claiming racial discrimination.

Media Mistakes in the Trump Era: The Definitive List

Our repeat mistakes involve declaring that Trump’s claims are “lies” when they are matters of opinion, or when the truth between conflicting sources is unknowable; taking Trump’s statements and events out of context; reporting secondhand accounts against Trump without attribution as if they’re established fact; relying on untruthful, conflicted sources; and presenting reporter opinions in news stories, without labeling them as opinions.

So since nobody else has compiled an updated, extensive list of this kind, here are:

Notable Mistakes and Missteps in Major Media Reporting on Donald Trump,

MyPillow’s Lindell Threatens Lawsuit Against CNN, Anderson Cooper

“I have been involved in defamation cases for over two decades of my 43-year legal career.

Cooper’s interview of my client is the most outrageously unprofessional ‘hit piece’ interview I have ever viewed,” top litigator Lin Wood says in a letter to David Vigilante, CNN’s Executive President and General Counsel.

Newsmax obtained a copy of Wood’s letter.

Wood has been involved in numerous high-profile defamation cases.

He successfully represented Nick Sandmann against The Washington Post for its coverage of the Kentucky teen’s encounter with an American Indian activist.

He also represented Richard Jewell, who was wrongly accused by the FBI of bombing the Atlanta Olympics.

New Book Reveals Trump’s Secret Visit To Soldiers In Iraq, Frustration With Military Establishment’s Refusal To Take Out ISIS

In the book, Sanders documents the December 2018 surprise address to US troops at Al Asad Airbase, while “thousands of ISIS terrorists still held territory deep inside Syria, refusing to surrender.”

The visit came right after Trump’s withdrawal of troops from Syria.

According to her account, “The president entered a tent where two large eight-foot tables were pushed together to create a meeting space.

At the table were some of the top American military officials leading the fight against ISIS.”

In that meeting, Trump was joined by “Bolton, Scavino, Miller, Walsh, Grisham, Luna” and Sanders who “stood next to the table and listened as a decisive moment in the battle against ISIS and the future of America’s role in the Middle East unfolded.”

“I’m actually afraid to go back… It’s a little scary and sad. I do have a lot of positive calls and text messages from clients. But other than that, nothing but negativity,” she explained.

Pelosi later accused the salon of setting her up and claimed she was owed an apology, according to Breitbart News.

Despite the negativity, a GoFundMe page raised $336,563 to help Kious relocate her family and business.

Attorney Harmeet Dhillon weighed in.

“This is shocking. In private practice, if you had a dozen clients who did this at the same time in response to an internal investigation, you would be preparing for sanctions and hiding under your desk. But these arrogant people think they are above the law.

So far, they are,” said Harmeet Dhillon.

According to the suit, Kariem approached UAW international servicing representative Patricia Morris-Gibson at a conference in Washington, D.C., and asked her to sleep with him, adding that it would be “their little secret.”

When Morris-Gibson replied that she was married, Kariem allegedly “laughed and said that he would not tell.”

In addition, Kariem allegedly used expletives to comment on Morris-Gibson’s appearance at a March 2019 conference in Detroit, saying, “G— you so f—ing fine.”

Morris-Gibson went on to file a November 2019 complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requesting the right to sue the union.

After the request was granted in March 2020, UAW leadership retaliated by cutting Morris-Gibson’s salary by 50 percent, the suit alleges.

House Republicans Demand DOJ Investigate Organized Riots

“ANTIFA and other left-wing anarchists groups have unleashed a barrage of totalitarian attacks on our country in recent months, including accosting a sitting U.S. Senator, hijacking peaceful rallies, organizing armed riots, destroying property, burning buildings, stealing livelihoods, and spreading hate,” House Republicans wrote.

The letter argued the explosion of unrest is largely attributable to organized underground domestic terrorist groups sowing chaos and division.

“It is clear that these individuals are well-funded and supported by a national network of left-wing activists committed to perpetrating violence and furthering anarchy in our streets,” it read.

“As such, we urge you to immediately open an investigation to identify and prosecute all individuals and groups responsible for funding and organizing these terroristic acts that are wreaking havoc on our nation.”

Amid Dem Push to Defund Police, N.H. Police Unions Flip to Back Republican

“In 2018, we endorsed Chris Pappas because he campaigned as a supporter of law enforcement,” reads the unions’ official statement.

“Once he got down to Congress, Pappas changed.

But as politicians across the country attack our police departments, Matt Mowers has had our backs.

When politicians in Washington voted to remove qualified immunity from police officers, Mowers stood with us.

When others wanted to defund the police, Mowers defended us.”

The flip comes amid a recent push by Democrats to defund and reform police departments following months of nationwide anti-police protests and riots.

In response, some unions have looked to Republican candidates for support—just last month, New York City’s largest police union endorsed President Trump for reelection, citing his commitment to law and order.

The talks — known as intra-Afghan negotiations — were laid out in a peace deal that Washington brokered with the Taliban and signed in February, also in Qatar, where the Taliban maintain a political office. At the time, the deal was seen as Afghanistan’s best chance at ending more than four decades of relentless war.

Shortly after the announcement, President Donald Trump said U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo would travel to Qatar, to attend the start of the negotiations.

Sediq Sediqqi, spokesman for Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, confirmed in a tweet that their delegation will be in Qatar’s capital of Doha for the talks and said the president wished the negotiating team success.

Australia has implemented extremely tough travel restrictions to control Covid-19, including on movement between the country’s states and territories.

Mr Keans was initially told he needed to choose just one child who would be permitted to see him.

The state government eventually backed down and agreed to allow all of the children to travel to see their father.

But this was only permitted on the grounds that they spend two weeks in hotel quarantine at their own expense. They would also only be able to visit their father in full personal protective equipment (PPE).

Election Chaos | Here’s PROOF Democrats are using mail-in ballots, voting to stoke REVOLUTION

The Daily Beast recently reported on a group of leading progressive organizations who gathered to begin organizing a “post Election Day political apocalypse scenario.”

They say they’re preparing for possible hurdles to fair voting, like polling locations “mysteriously closing,” right-wing militia causing violence, and potentially shutting things down not only for Election Day — but for weeks to come afterwards, too.

They say the violence could come if President Trump refuses to accept a Biden win.

But here’s the important thing to remember: Democrats WANT this chaos.

They WANT revolution. They WANT violence in the streets, and they’re using mail-in ballots & voting to achieve it. Because when we don’t have an official winner on Election Night, our country WILL become more divided.
