Washington State Creates $40 Million Fund for Illegal Immigrants

Inslee’s office said the governor and his aides worked with a coalition representing 430 groups fighting for rights for immigrants and social service organizations on the fund.
According to the Migration Policy Institute, Washington state has some 229,000 illegal immigrants, primarily from Mexico. The Center for Migration Studies estimates the population at over 271,000.
Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies,
“Washington state taxpayers should be careful what they wish for, because this is the kind of thing that could incentivize even more poor illegal immigrants to move to Washington state,” he said.
Stars’ donations helped bail out suspects charged with ‘murder, violent felonies, sex crimes’

“Among those bailed out by the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF) is a suspect who shot at police, a woman accused of killing a friend, and a twice convicted sex offender, according to court records reviewed by the FOX 9 Investigators.
“According to attempted murder charges, Jaleel Stallings shot at members of a SWAT Team during the riots in May.

1619 Project Movie Coming From Studio Building Theme Parks in Slave Labor Countries

There is a reason that the 1619 Project isn’t taught in schools. It isn’t true and actual historians have taken apart its false claims that America was built on slavery.
Last year, Lionsgate Entertainment World opened on Hengqin Island, in the People’s Republic of China.
The theme park brought attractions based on Twilight and The Hunger Games to a country whose brutal Communist regime had used famine as a weapon to kill millions back when Jon Feltheimer was in kindergarten.
But there’s a bigger problem than depicting America as a brutal totalitarian regime that uses famine as a weapon in a Communist country that actually did it back in the 1950s.
While Lionsgate is plotting to smear America as a nation based on slavery, the People’s Republic of China was not only built on slavery, but has the most slaves in the world.
With 1,000 slave labor camps and at least a million slave laborers, the Communist dictatorship where Lionsgate has an important presence vastly outstrips 19th century Southern plantations.
Child Executed While Riding Bike. National Media Ignores. Here’s Why. | The Matt Walsh Show Ep. 541
Commentary/Opinion:
Today on the Matt Walsh Show, one of the most horrific murder cases in modern history has gotten zero — and I really mean zero — coverage from the American national media.
The reason? The victim is a white five-year-old child. The alleged killer is a black man. But this case deserves attention, and we’ll give it the attention it deserves today.

And in our Daily Cancellation, I’ll cancel all the leftists celebrating over a woman being chosen as Biden’s VP. Apparently these leftists have forgotten that women don’t exist anymore, according to them. So I will remind them.
Portland Residents Worry as Protests Spread to Residential Neighborhoods

“The main action has shifted from downtown to residential neighborhoods on the east side of the Willamette River, bringing crowds of demonstrators and a heavy police force onto usually quiet nighttime streets,” the Oregonian newspaper’s online portal Oregon Live reported.
“People who live and work in areas where protests have taken place are not happy.”
In downtown Kenton, protesters used wooden items, including picnic tables and road barrier signs, to build a barricade across Denver near Schofield Street. The standoff between police and demonstrators continued past midnight.
On Reddit and Facebook, people who live in the area expressed anger about property destruction.
Susie Zhao murder: Poker pro sexually assaulted, ‘lit on fire,’ investigators allege

The gruesome new details, obtained Tuesday by WXYZ in the ongoing FBI and White Lake Township investigation, show that cellphone records indicate that the 33-year-old rising poker star met Jeffrey Bernard Morris on July 12.
Police responded to a secluded area of Pontiac Lake Recreation Area one day later to find Zhao’s charred body, authorities said.
Morris, a homeless convicted sex offender whose last known address was in Pontiac, was arrested on July 31 after being pulled over on a warrant in Ypsilanti.
After he was taken into custody, he told cops he picked up Zhao before they both checked into Sherwood Motel in Waterford Township late on July 12.

Forty-seven percent of likely voters “say they or someone in their household now owns a gun,” and among those likely voters in gun-owning households 27 percent “say they or someone in their family has purchased one within the last six months.”
On July 1, Breitbart News reported that the first six months of 2020 witnessed 6 consecutive records for firearm background checks.
June 2020 not only set the record for background checks in the month of June, but the most background checks in a single month, period.
FBI numbers showed 3,931,607 NICS checks conducted in June, which beat the previous single month record of 3,740,688 checks, set in March 2020.
Arrested Portland protesters won’t face charges under revised policy
Hundreds of protesters in Portland who were arrested in the past 80 days of demonstrations will not face any charges, Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt announced Tuesday.
The policy drops charges against people who were arrested for interfering with a peace officer or parole and probation officer, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, escape, harassment and riot — unless they were accompanied by some other charge of physical violence or property damage.
Some agitators have attacked officers, throwing fireworks, eggs and other objects at police and shining lasers in their eyes.
Florida girl’s mother shot and killed during first day of online class as teacher watches, police say

Donald Williams, 27, shot and killed 32-year-old Maribel Rosado Morales in front of her four children and their two cousins at her Indiantown home, Martin County Sheriff William Snyder told reporters at a press conference, which was recorded by WPEC-TV.
The shooting unfolded during an argument after Williams entered the home around 8 a.m. and confronted Rosado Morales about an online video, Snyder said. Williams shot her multiple times and fled the home.
“The teacher said she mutes her button [so] nobody has to hear it, and then she sees the 10-year-old put her hands up to her ears,” Snyder said.

Progressive Democrats roar in primaries, as ‘Squad’ beats back challengers

Omar’s victory essentially guarantees that the quartet of first-term progressive Democratic congresswomen of color will be returning to Capitol Hill in January.
And thanks to a string of progressive upsets so far this primary season, it’s likely the “Squad’s” membership will grow.
A week earlier, Tlaib trounced Detroit City Council President Brenda Jones by a two-to-one margin.
Fellow “Squad” member Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez faced a well-financed Democratic primary challenger in the New York State’s June primary.
Former CNBC correspondent and anchor Michelle Caruso-Cabrera hauled in roughly $2 million ahead of the contest. But Ocasio-Cortez dramatically outraised her rival and crushed Caruso-Cabrera and other challengers in the contest.
New State memos disclose relentless pressure by Hunter Biden-connected Ukrainian firm

The memos, released to Just the News under a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit assisted by the Southeastern Foundation, add new significance to a long-running Senate investigation into the Bidens’ activities and perceived conflicts of interest in Ukraine.
The memos obtained by Just the News also were withheld from Senate investigators, who learned of their existence from the FOIA lawsuit.
The memos show Burisma’s lobbying efforts were led by a Democratic firm called Blue Star Strategies and aided by the nonprofit Atlantic Council foreign policy think tank, stretching from the State Department’s executive suite in Washington at the start of the election to the U.S. embassy in Kiev in the waning days of the Obama administration.
Burisma representatives repeatedly pressed for meetings, at times invoking Hunter Biden’s name,
Trump signs bill expanding disabled vets’ housing program

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs fact sheet for the SAH program says the grant money for veterans to add adaptive features to their homes to provide veterans with service-connected disabilities with independent-living features.
The new law also allows SAH grant applicants to apply for a new grant ten years after exhausting their initial housing grant.
The new law also specifically lists blind but otherwise able-bodied veterans to the list of eligible applicants for the SAH grants.
The second veterans bill Trump signed Saturday requires the VA to establish a treatment court to allow veterans involved in criminal proceedings to be assigned treatment programs instead of criminal punishments for some nonviolent criminal offenses.
Kamala Harris Was Ringleader In Brett Kavanaugh Character Assassination Attempt

Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., used the Kavanaugh nomination in 2018 as a springboard for her failed presidential campaign.
Focusing on her support for abortion and position on the Senate Judiciary Committee that handled the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings, Harris strongly opposed Kavanaugh’s nomination within moments of it being announced, and long before she had a chance to review his record.
Harris’s huge break-out moment in the hearings, then, was a complete dud based on nothing.
It had excited the media, but failed to change the dynamic of the nomination. She was so proud of her failed perjury trap that she tweeted out video of the exchange:

Receiving the longest prison terms on Friday were Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hanh and Hoang Thi Thu Vang, who were sentenced to eight and seven years respectively.
Doan Thi Hong, the mother of a baby not yet three years old, was given a prison term of two years and six months.
Coronavirus death toll in England revised down by more than 5,000

The government announced a new UK-wide standard for how it records the official toll on Wednesday after it came to light that thousands of people in England who may have recovered from the virus before they died were still counted in the headline number.
The changes means 5,377 deaths will no longer be included in the official UK total from Public Health England, resulting in a decrease from 46,706 to 41,329 – a reduction of 11.5%.
From now on the official government death toll will only include people who died within 28 days of testing positive for the virus, a change that brings England into line with other parts of the UK.
