Impeachment ‘Whistleblower’ Was in the Loop of Biden-Ukraine Affairs That Trump Wanted Probed

The ‘whistleblower’ who sparked Donald Trump’s first impeachment was deeply involved in the political maneuverings behind Biden-family business schemes in Ukraine that Trump wanted probed, newly obtained emails from former Vice President Joe Biden’s office reveal.

In 2019, then-National Intelligence Council analyst Eric Ciaramella touched off a political firestorm when he anonymously accused Trump of linking military aid for Ukraine to a demand for an investigation into alleged Biden corruption in that country.

But four years earlier, while working as a national security analyst attached to then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office, Ciaramella was a close adviser when Biden threatened to cut off U.S. aid to Ukraine unless it fired its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Ukraine-based Burisma Holdings. At the time, the corruption-riddled energy giant was paying Biden’s son Hunter millions of dollars.

“It now seems there was material evidence that would have been used at the impeachment trial [to exonerate Trump],” said George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, who has testified as an expert witness in the ongoing Biden impeachment inquiry. “Trump was alleging there was a conflict of interest with the Bidens, and the evidence could have challenged Biden’s account and established his son’s interest in the Shokin firing.”

Ciaramella’s role – including high-level discussions with top Biden aides and Ukrainian prosecutors – is only now coming to light thanks to the recent release of White House emails and photos from the National Archives.

Chinese Pharmaceutical Firm WuXi Accused Of Stealing Americans’ Genetic Information

A significant Chinese pharmaceutical company stands accused of unlawfully obtaining genetic data from Americans to construct a vast global database, according to lawmakers.

WuXi AppTec, with bases in Massachusetts, Delaware, and California, engages in the development and testing of molecules used by US pharmaceutical companies to formulate medications, including treatments for cancer and cystic fibrosis.

However, allegations have surfaced regarding the company’s acquisition of extensive genetic information from Americans through hacking and corporate mergers. These claims have prompted a congressional committee to push for measures to sever ties between US health firms and WuXi AppTec.

Ongoing investigations suggest that private genetic data, including blood samples, DNA profiles, and medical histories, have been illicitly acquired by Chinese companies, potentially for military purposes. Lawmakers have labelled this a significant national security risk funded by US taxpayers.

MAYORKAS IMPEACHMENT ENDED

The Senate voted 51-48 that Schumer’s point of order is well taken, meaning that it ruled that the first impeachment article is unconstitutional. That article had charged Mayorkas with “willfully and systemically” refusing to comply with federal immigration laws.

Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, voted present. Sens. John Thune, R-S.D., and John Cornyn, R-Texas, were spotted speaking with Murkowski during the quorum call earlier. Murkowski has never shared how she plans to vote on a possible motion to dismiss or table the articles with reporters.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., then raised a motion to declare the second article of impeachment unconstitutional as well.

Oral Argument In J6 SCOTUS Case Lays Bare DOJ’s Partisan Lawfare

“[T]here have been many violent protests that have interfered with proceedings,” Justice Thomas opened the questioning of Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar. “Has the government applied this provision to other protests in the past?” the justice queried.

After sidestepping the question, Prelogar replied that she couldn’t give an example of Section 1512(c)(2) being enforced “in a situation where people have violently stormed a building in order to prevent an official proceeding,” because nothing like Jan. 6, 2021, had ever happened before.

Justice Gorsuch then posed several more hypotheticals: “Would a sit-in that disrupts a trial or access to a federal courthouse qualify? Would a heckler in today’s audience qualify, or at the State of the Union address? Would pulling a fire alarm before a vote qualify for 20 years in federal prison?”

Prelogar responded in the negative, saying none of those events would likely qualify because, in the Biden administration’s view, Section 1512(c)(2) does not reach “conduct that has only a minimal effect on official proceedings.”

Migrants landing on California shores to bypass border agents

Officials in the San Diego area are urging Congress to pass stricter U.S. border laws amid an increase in migrants arriving on the shores of California’s beaches by boat.

In the most recent incident, a speedboat navigated between surfers and beachgoers before it was abandoned in the suburb of Carlsbad, just north of San Diego.

Several videos of Saturday’s incident circulated on social media, showing the boat running ashore when at least 15 people jumped out and some of them ran to the street and escaped in an awaiting vehicle. Others went into the residential and commercial district, frequented by tourists and locals, Reuters reported.

Trump’s New Streaming Strategy Aims To Reshape Media Landscape With Liberated Content

The Trump Media & Technology Group revealed its latest venture this week, a streaming TV platform designed to broadcast a spectrum of content, including news and films, that the company believes is often overlooked by mainstream media and Big Tech.

The move to launch a streaming service is seen as a strategic play to attract a broad audience and, in turn, entice advertisers.

In terms of content, the forthcoming streaming service will initially be accessible through the Truth Social app, with plans to expand to home TV streaming setups.

CEO Devin Nunes emphasized the initiative’s commitment to freedom of expression. “We’re excited to move forward with the next big phase for Truth Social,” said Nunes said. “With our streaming content, we aim to provide a permanent home for high-quality news and entertainment that face discrimination by other channels and content delivery services. There is a lot of great content that simply can’t find an audience for unjust reasons, and we want to let these creators know they’ll soon have a guaranteed platform where they won’t be canceled.”

Pro-Lifers Face 10+ Years For Praying, Gaza Protestors? Less Than 3

A shocking but true side-by-side comparison was made by the group End Wokeness on X Monday evening. The account pointed out that there’s been dozens of traffic stops and backups for Gaza protestors that have been allowed, while at the same time numerous pro-life individuals are stuck in jail, some facing up to 11 years in prison after praying outside of an abortion clinic.

From the San Francisco protest, 26 individuals were arrested and face charges of conspiracy as well as vehicle violations like false imprisonment for drivers who were trapped. Even if the individuals were charged with a felony for false imprisonment, it looks like they’d only be in jail for a maximum sentence of three years.

On the other hand, many pro-lifers are being held in jail for peacefully praying outside of an abortion clinic.

In January, six pro-lifers were found guilty of violating the FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) Act after quietly praying, singing hymns and encouraging women to not abort their kids at a Tennessee abortion facility in 2021. Those activists now face up to 10.5 years in prison, depending on their sentencing results.

If that wasn’t enough, the DOJ has targeted and arrested pro-lifers for praying while at the same time, allowing pro-abort vandals who paint graffiti, throw eggs, and firebomb buildings to walk away without penalty.

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday said it “charged a juvenile with Assault on a Government Official and Communicating Threats.” Specifically authorities said Juvenile Justice “issued a Secure Custody Order for one (1) count of Communicating Threats … and two (2) counts Misdemeanor Assault …” All the charges are misdemeanors.

The sheriff’s office noted that the Parkland High School student — who’s not being identified due to his age — was recorded on video Monday “assaulting an educator.”

In the clip, the teacher remains seated and offers no resistance as the student delivers the pair of slaps — the second one sends the teacher’s glasses flying.

Confirmed: Researchers Reveal COVID mRNA Vaccines Contain Component that Suppresses Immune Response and Stimulates Cancer Growth

Credit: Getty Images

This component was introduced in the mRNA vaccine as a means to produce a significant amount of modified SARS-CoV-2 spike mRNA through in vitro transcription (IVT). This modification was crucial in the rapid development and deployment of the vaccine during the height of the pandemic.

However, the review article calls into question the long-term impacts of this modification, especially concerning the vaccine’s interaction with the body’s immune response and potential carcinogenic effects.

According to the review’s abstract, evidence suggests that while mRNA vaccines may have been “effective” in reducing severe disease outcomes, they might not provide sterilizing immunity, leaving individuals susceptible to recurring infections.

More critically, the review highlights that the inclusion of m1Ψ in mRNA vaccines appears to inhibit key immunological pathways, impairing the body’s early interferon signaling.

Interferon is a natural substance that helps the body’s immune system fight infection and other diseases, such as cancer.

North Carolina high school student suspended over using the term ‘illegal alien’: Report

In an email to the Carolina Journal, Leah McGhee described an incident in Central Davidson High School in Lexington where her 16-year-old son was suspended for three days last week over the term.

According to McGhee, an English teacher was giving an assignment that involved using vocabulary words such as the word “alien.” In response, her son asked if the teacher meant “like space aliens or illegal aliens without green cards?”

Another student allegedly took offense to the term and threatened to fight McGhee’s son, forcing the teacher to contact the assistant principal. The staff later deemed the term to be offensive to Hispanic students and punished him.

If fraud were an agency, it would be federal government’s sixth largest

 (Courtesy of U.S. Senate)

U.S. taxpayers lose up to $521 billion a year to fraud across the federal government, according to a first-of-its-kind estimate.

The U.S. Government Accountability Office estimated annual fraud costs taxpayers between $233 billion and $521 billion annually, according to a new report published Tuesday.

“The federal government’s estimated annual financial losses to fraud of between $233 billion and $521 billion is just the tip of the iceberg,” Walker told The Center Square. “When you add waste, abuse, and mismanagement, the numbers are much bigger.”

DHS is monitoring 617,000 illegal immigrants with criminal records

Some 264 illegal immigrants sit in jail in Tarrant County, Texas, and among them they face eight counts of murder, Sheriff Bill Waybourn will tell the House Oversight Committee on Tuesday.

The illegal immigrants also face 38 counts of assault with a deadly weapon, five counts of sexual assault, two counts of possession of child pornography, one count of intoxicated homicide and more than 200 other assorted counts.

“These offenders, [many of which] are gang members and outlaws, have left nothing untouched,” the sheriff will say, according to prepared remarks obtained by The Washington Times. “While I do not necessarily think these aliens have a higher crime rate, just the fact these people are illegal in our country and committed crimes is the impact.”
